New Mexico Railrunners Celebrates 36 Years of N Scale Railroading

February marks the 36th anniversary of the New Mexico Railrunners! In February 1990, a group of ten Albuquerque model railroaders gathered to create an N-scale modular club adhering to national NTRAK standards.

Over the past three and a half decades, the club has grown to nearly 30 members across New Mexico. We have displayed layouts at NMRA regional conventions, state fairs, hobby expos, and community centers throughout the Southwest. Our permanent clubhouse at the Eastdale Shopping Center (Candelaria & Eubank NE) continues to provide a welcoming space for modelers of all skill levels.
