Spring has arrived at the New Mexico Railrunners layout! Our scenery team has refreshed the Eastbound mainline route with new hand-carved foam rock outcroppings, static grass layering, southwestern desert flora, and weathered timber bridge abutments.
A full photographic tour following a westbound manifest freight around the layout has been captured and published to the photo galleries. From the bustling Eastdale yard to the dramatic Sandia mountain pass and Rio Grande river crossings, every module exhibits the craftsmanship of our club members.
We encourage all members and visitors to tour the online gallery and stop by the Eastdale Shopping Center during open hours to see the trains rolling in person!
